Me with the OG Blue Dog. She could detect frequencies up to 20kHz!

I started building BLUE DOGS back in 2012 because I was heavily involved with tech-servicing SOUNDTRACS consoles. They had designed two HYBRID switch mode supplies which were ALWAYS breaking down, so against the advice of various Analogue Console tech guys, I set about designing my own switch mode PSU. There was a LOT of trial and error testing before I finally came up with the design that gave me a super quiet MIX BUSS noise floor, and the rest is history! Nearly a 1000 customers later, and BLUE DOG POWER SUPPLIES consistently receive fantastic feedback for their reliability.

Blue Dog Power Supplies have found themselves right across the globe, from Alaska to Japan. I continue to deliver internationally.

900+ Blue Dog Power Supplies have been installed and are powering the following Analogue Mixing Console brands around the world:

Allen + heath

Amek

ATB

BEQ

EMI

Glensound

Harrison

Midas

MS Audiotron (Dutch)

MTA

Oram

SSL

Soundcraft

Soundtracs

Studiomaster

Trident

Toft Audio

TAC

Tascam

Trident

Despite manufacturers building dozens of console variants with different voltage rails and connectors, I have continued to adapt Blue Dog Power Supplies to power ALL consoles.

For example; Sountracs started in 1984 and built over 35 different models over 25 years, and I have a Blue Dog working on EVERY ONE of them!
